To start, we offer a free, no obligation “Market Appraisal” which is an initial meeting covering some important details such as the achievable price, agent’s fees, strategy for the sale, advice on small improvements that will help present your home and the marketing campaign tailored to suit your property.

When you choose to become part of the KMS family, we can:

  • Help arrange to have the small improvements carried out if need be.
  • Give tips on staging your home for sale.
  • Take photographs of your property for use in advertisements.
  • Prepare the advertisements (online, paper and brochure).
  • Implement the sales strategy and marketing campaign.
